genting trip!! Sunday, October 11, 2009 had a fun trip at Genting! photos up at Facebook! 2nd last day.. Thursday, October 1, 2009 happy children's day!! 2nd last day at work.. thanks to everyone for making this 4 months so enjoyable! now i tink October is quite a nice month.. now.. 2 more months to Christmas.. risotto!! Friday, September 25, 2009 my first attempt at risotto!! i tink it's nt bad.. just tad very salty.. LOL   my 1st time... Thursday, September 24, 2009 ytd was my very... 1st time.. .... .... CLUBBING!! .... .... well.. i'm always a "guai gia".. so being exposed to clubs at this age.. not a surprise at all.. and it was soooo much fun!! i mean.. i really liked the atmosphere.. the songs they play.. and the drinks.. and i still have a coupon left i din use.. but it was fun.. can't wait.. for perhaps a second round? I'M BACK!!! Friday, September 18, 2009 it has been a long hiatus.. cos apparently i'm quite lazy to blog actually.. but this time.. i have exciting news!! WWE SMACKDOWN VS RAW 2010  The game is due to be released on October 20, 2009 in North America, October 22, 2009 in Australia and October 23, 2009 in Europe. (*SCREAMS*) - new and improved create mode - WWE Story Designer mode, an extension to the General Manager mode - able to design storylines - each storyline can feature up to 500 segments of matches and scenarios combined - create-a-finisher option has also been improved - new match stipulation for this year's game will be the Championship Scramble match - new moves will be included, and the game will feature four strong grapples - feature a revamped HUD, cutting down on on-screen information seen previously - can now fight on apron, works in all match types - divas can compete in all match types (*SCREAMS*) roster is out.. THIS GAME IS GONNA BE SO COOL!!!       Land of Smiles, Day 3 (16/08) Sunday, August 23, 2009 breakfast at MOS Burger in CentralWorld.. in SG it's Red.. in Thailand it's Green..~~  it's GREEN!!after tad.. we searched around for somewhr selling cheap stuff.. so we went to Platinum Fashion Mall, about 20 mins walk away from the hotel.. it is around 6 storeys high.. with many many shops selling cheap cheap stuff luh.. walked the whole afternoon.. den went back hotel to freshen up.. before taking a Tuk-Tuk to Siam Paragon.. ride.. was.. scary luh!!  Riding in a Tuk-Tukwalked around.. den walked to CentralWorld for dinner.. and to walk around the shopping centre to make last-min purchases..  Bottles of Coke!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ woked up.. and it's alr the last day of Thailand Trip.. time goes by quite quickly.. we had lunch at Suvarnabhumi Airport.. which i had a great blended ice coconut juice!! so cool and refreshing!!  Blended Ice Coconut Juicethere are quite a few memorable scenes.. and hopefully this will not be the last time i'll be at Bangkok.. :D Land of Smiles, Day 2 (15/08) second day! let's c.. ok.. we plan to go to Chatuchak early.. so we grabbed a bite at Macdonalds, den we took the local "MRT" to Mo Chit station.. it was HOTTT.. and the market was big as well.. so we just randomly walked here and there.. we actually bought quite alot of things.. and like one of my fav things to do.. is to BARGAIN!!!  Bangkok Metro Selling Live Animalswe returned to the hotel with many many bags of stuff.. so we took a rest.. and den walked to Siam Paragon.. which is just about 15 mins walk from our hotel.. we had lunch/dinner (i forgot the time we ate) there.. and then walked around..  Siam Paragon!! Mango Sticky Ricereturned to the hotel to freshen up.. and asked the Concierge to recommend any nice night bazaars to go.. he recommended the Suan Lum Night Bazaar.. we cabbed there.. and saw many tour buses there.. meaning that it's a must-go place for tourists in Bangkok..  Suan Lum Night Bazaarthere were many vendors selling stuff there as well.. but.. it was quite boring actually.. because all the items were repetitive.. they actually sell almost the same stuff.. the most being fake branded bags.. so after tad.. we went to a big open space for some supper.. however it was not very enjoyable as well.. since the mosquitoes had a fuller supper than us.. cabbed back.. and was sooooo tired..!! |
