TODAE IS INDEED A SPECIAL DAY.. A DAY TAD COMES EVERY FOUR YEARS.. FEBRUARY 29.. ALSO KNOWN AS A LEAP DAY..

the correct definition is as follows..

"a person who was born on February 29 may be called a "leapling". in non-leap years they may celebrate their birthday on 28 February or 1 March."

and of course there's something else about this special day... a woman can propose to a man where he can't refuse... i can imagine it... *someone i secretly like... suddenly.. pops the question... omg... how cool* but i guess women still likes the men to have the initiative..
