Late Night Movie.

Movie: The Fourth Kind
Theatre: Cathay AMK Hub
Date: 03 January 2010
With: JingYi, Eileen, Desmond

"BASED ON THE ACTUAL CASE STUDIES"
The movie concerns alien abductions.

Based on J.Allen Hynek's classification of close encounters
First Kind: sightings of UFOs
Second Kind: observation of UFOs, and associated physical effects from the UFO
Third Kind: observation of "animate beings" observed in association with a UFO sighting
Fourth Kind: abduction by UFO or its occupants
Fifth Kind: joint contact events through cooperative communication with the Extraterrestrial
Sixth Kind: UFO incidents that cause direct injury or death
Seventh Kind: Human-Alien Hybridization

movie itself was rather ok, but the inclusion of the "real" video tapes of the case studies made the whole movie worth watching, as u feel like aliens are going to take you away for testing, and the "real" videos of the hypnosis tests, including the one where the patient seemingly "levitates" on his bed, makes it really scary. i was rather scared to go home alone actually. tad's when i did a search online.

tad's wad most ppl do. they will google "Dr. Abigail Tyler", and see if there are any articles about her. based on Internet reports, the movie claims to be a re-enactment of original documentary footage, and claims to use never-before-seen archival footage that is integrated into the film.

however, people think that.. it's just all fiction. there are no real-life cases specified.
and.. based on the disappearances of actual humans in Nome, Alaska, it could be because many drunken people disappear near the coastal area of Alaska.

well.. the movie states very clearly that
"it's up to you to decide what you believe"
and.. i do believe in the Extraterrestrial. =]
